Oklahoma State vs Texas Pick: Saturday, March 13th
Oklahoma State vs Texas Pick: Saturday, March 13th: Oklahoma State looked excellent, knocking off the top-seeded Baylor Bears 83-74. Cade Cunningham showed why he might be the #1 overall pick in the NBA draft going for 25p 8r 5a. Avery Anderson was slashing and driving to the hoop. He went for 20p. When push came to shove, with the likes of Kalib Boone and Isaac Likekele, they just seemed like the tougher team. It was an awe-inspiring performance. They have now won 8/9 and are rolling. They lost at Texas 77-74 and then won later in the year over the Longhorns 75-67 at home.

Texas got the gift win over Kansas in the Semis as Kansas had to withdraw due to a positive Covid case. They were coming off finally getting over the hump by beating Texas Tech in their 3rd try, 67-66, for their 4th straight win. Senior matt Coleman led the way with 19. Jase Febres finished with 15 points, Andrew Jones added 11, and Jericho Sims and Kai Jones had ten apiece for the Longhorns. They won despite Courteney Ramey and star freshman Greg Brown doing nothing. A perfect sign. They certainly have a freshness advantage.
